Returns and Refunds

United States orders

VikyHush accepts eligible returns of unworn clothing items with the original tags attached and the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after the final package in the order is delivered. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after the return request is submitted.

We do not offer exchanges.

To request a return, contact support@vikyhush.com and include:

Your order number
The item you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photographs if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged.

Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Return condition

Returned products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Final-sale items

Jewelry and any product specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

International orders

Orders shipped to customers outside the United States are not currently eligible for returns.

Refund processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
