Shipping policy

 

VikyHush offers free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders below $75 are charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Estimated U.S. delivery times

Delivery times depend on the warehouse shipping the product:

• U.S. warehouse products: approximately 5–10 business days
• Products marked “Ship From Overseas”: approximately 10–15 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Orders containing products from different warehouses may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Tracking

Once an item ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact support@vikyhush.com immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

International orders

International availability, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, taxes, and duties are displayed at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. Free U.S. shipping does not apply to international orders.
